SAU Studio Kuta: everything under one roof
A thermal movement studio in Central Kuta: workout, creative and community space. Opening with Hot Room Mat Pilates, coached by Just Do Pilates.
Three spaces,
one roof
SAU comes from 燒: fire, heat, warmth. Heat softens what is rigid, burns away what is heavy and unlocks what is dormant. We bring conditioning, creative expression and community together in the middle of Kuta.
Infrared heat warms the body directly: softer muscles, deeper flexibility, a cleaner sweat.
